Overall the property has friendly staff and is clean, my only knock would be location.

Hidden Fees
Posted 10 Mar 2020 on HotelsWe had employees stay for a business trip and overall the stay was fine. The complaint we had is that an additional $35/guest was billed for a facilities charge to have access to the gym and that it was mandatory. This should all be handled through hotels.com and there should be no surprise fees at the time of the visit.

Cool boutique hotel in the city
Posted 4 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe place is great! Everything about the hotel is all you can expect. I was only there for a day and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The only thing I'd think about is it in an area of San Francisco where there are a few homeless people, but it's also convenient to a lot of things. Parking is $45 a night, so include that if you have a car. Overall, I'd stay again.

Surprise charges

This property was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. Our room was comfortable and fun, with a typewriter, table, and comfy chair. I often think of a hotel as just a place to sleep, but it was really nice to have a comfortable space to hang out for a bit. I was worried it might be a loud area, since our room overlooked 7th Street, but it wasn't a problem. And it was a convenient location for walking to interesting sites and restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and was surprised by the good value and pleasant atmosphere.
