No elevator, building is a bit shaky
Posted 4 Nov 2023 on HotelsI’ve stayed in the property for 4nights. Quick checkin but the reception only operates from 9am to 6pm. There were no elevator , we stayed on the 3rd it was a struggle as I have 1 large and 1 medium size luggage there were few peeps over there to assist. The first night was a bit shocking as I thought there were earthquake😅 maybe because it is located along the highway , thats why the building is a bit shaky. Location is perfect, walking distance to the mall.

Place was clean and location was good. Close to shopping mall and fast food restaurants. However, weak wifi in the room, we have to go to the lobby (no AC) to access their wifi. We stayed on the 3rd floor and when big trucks or vehicles passed by, we felt the bed moved - like there’s an earthquake! We didn’t slept well as it seemed that the building was not safe.

Custumer service very helpful. Building shaking at times causes concern. No escalator for disabled. Need a small fridge or a coffe maker inside room. Great location just 3 minutes across mall. Commuting is easy

I booked a room but never use their room because of the reason that it’s 9pm and nobody from the reception to process my booking.. the security guard told me to come back tomorrow to get my refund for the room that I never use! Total bs!! This hotel should not be on CheapTickets.com
