The hotel staff was wonderful, especially Paula the general manager. I had an issue with my dishwasher and she called for someone right away. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. My kids and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Awaiting return payment for incidentals and parking that I was told by Paula would be returned, so I have opened a dispute for the returned payment.

Although we had a problem with the TV, the staff on charge found a solution and we were able to enjoy our stay
