Staff was great. Everything else was kind of awful. Elevators felt like they were going to give out at any moment.
I’ve met sandpaper softer than the sheets. Literally got a fabric burn on my elbow from rolling over one night.
Amazing hot water, though.

The hotel and area were nice. The only problem was that there were no eating establishments open after 8-9pm. We had to order by grub hub. No service in our room on one day. Parking is pretty steep too.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The location was perfect. Highly recommend.
