Room was very nice, clean and spacious.
Problem was that this hotel offers a dinner experience below the room. It was very, very loud. A birthday celebration had screaming, well loud birthday singing which we found annoying.
Breakfast : 2nd day stay- bagels which is the big breakfast offering hadn't been delivered- desk clerk was cold and didn't seem to care. Since, the hotel has a restaurant go in the back and put out some bread for toast ( problem solved) . My guy went across to Winchell's, we enjoyed morning donuts.
Location: great location and area.

The room was very nice and clean. It’s cool how the the Hotel is renovated to the good old days of the 60’s-70’s. We will be back.

The hotel location was ideal, the staff (for the most part) was helpful and friendly, the room was perfect and the vibe was spot on. There are a few pieces of feedback I would give, however I would absolutely come back.
Upon checking in, we were greeted by a super friendly but super sweaty staff member. It was hot in the lobby, why not have it air conditioned when the sliding glass doors are closed?
The pool was cute but so cold, IN AUGUST! Wouldn’t it be nice to have a heated pool that can be used year round?
We heard great reviews about the restaurant, so we decided to head on down around 4 30 pm. We were greeted by a man who asked if we had a reservation. We said no? So he told us to find a spot at the bar or lobby. There was no space so we went back to the room to figure out something else. We went on OpenTable and realized there was a 4 45 pm reservation available. We went down 5 minutes later and was seated by someone else. Why wouldn’t this gentleman just asked us to wait a few minutes and there would have been a table ready?
Minor feedback but thing that would have affected the visit!
