Someone broke my car glass overnight while parked at the hotel parking. Hotel refused to acknowledge the problem or check their cameras. Hotel was not supportive or helpful at all.

Hotel is ideally located for all San Diego public transport, being barely four minutes walk from the Santa Fe Depot. Staff are incredibly welcoming, efficient, helpful, and understanding. Rooms are well appointed and quiet. Breakfast offers decent range of warm, cold, and healthy food.

Like that it had easy access to the port. We walked right across the road to the ship to board our cruise.
