The lady at the front desk was great when I checked in. I had three small children and had just been displaced by SDGE shutting off our power due to wild fire issues. I was in a horrible mood and she was incredibly kind, and helpful despite my three young grand children running around her lobby. The only thing I didn't like is having to pay for parking for this hotel.

Great staff, clean, basketball court, bbq grills, gym and office. I will stay there again.

They did not tell me it was $10 a day for parking. At check in. also I had service dog the lady at the counter tried to question my disability. When I questioned the charges she was rude and unprofessional.she tried to blame it on a new person who just started.

Currently, there are certain questions that will help us understand if your animal is a service animal or an ESA which we do charge for the latter.Please also be advised that most hotels in California have begun to charge for parking. Outside trash containers with trash and butts were not emptied the whole 5 days we were there.

Overall a decent hotel with space for the family. Needs an update & not the freshest smell in the room. If you stay for an extended amount of time, the rooms are only cleaned every 7 days. Breakfast is included & it’s quiet.
