I killed three spiders and a centipede on our first day. But the worst thing was that a cockroach came from our pillow and crawled on my husbands face and the hotel moved us from our room to a smaller room with just a $100 food credit. They clearly didn't care. It was awful and we're still traumatized.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Some small trash on the floor so I had to call front desk. And about 1 hr later someone came and cleaned it. This is really not good I don't like it.

It was in a great area for morning walks and being out and about. Also it had on site options if you did not want to leave the property

No elevator !!!! We had many bags and stroller No breakfast I hear everything my neighbors say, can even hear the gentleman clearing his throat each morning. No services or fun activities for kids to justify the resort fees.
