Not memorable experience staying at the Hyatt San Diego. New Year’s Eve ruin because no fireworks. Had we known, we would have not stayed there and go to other part of the city.

Was pleasantly surprised with staff, convenience, location, cleanliness. We will be back. Loved that they did a New Year party for kids. Staff was friendly and answered all our traveling questions.

There's a lot of sand in the bathtub faucet. And did not provide the corresponding housekeeping service.

I was annoyed by the person at the counter. I got my key. Went up to my room. Came back down but forgot key in room. Had to wait another 20 mins for the person at the counter because he was about to help someone else when he could have helped me right away.
