I liked that the property was walking distance to everything but the parking was horrible as it’s beach parking which is hard to come by. Even though we were given a parking pass there really was no where available to use it at the property and ended up parking 3 blocks away. Other than that it was clean comfortable and recommend it

Homeless people around the property, a lot of trash and clear plastic bags with feces.

We are very sorry for the homeless people located in the proximity of the property. But, being in the beach area, we can only do our security checks and keep the people away from the property. We have no control over the beach area. We do clean our property at least twice a day and have not noticed anything like what your mentioned. Thank you for staying with us.

We enjoyed the stay very much. But because there was no advance information on the challenging parking situation and that the check-in was on a separate property, we were pretty frustrated upon arrival. We had to park a block or so away to get to the hotel. Then we learned that the check-in was even further away...then the long walk back to the car, unload it and then find parking at a third property. There should be instructions about this on the website. But, the front desk person was nice and we would stay there again. We would be better prepared for arrival

The property is along the beach. Easy access. No waterfront view from the room. With the exception of a couple of units. Nonetheless location is perfect.
Limited parking for this location. There are other properties blocks away. But that creates a problem in itself if you need to go back and forth to the car for various things.
The property is pet friendly. So be prepared to listen to pets walking and playing around if you are on the bottom floor. And they are above you. Can keep you up.
Located close and walking distance to anything you would need. Beach, dining, stores, barbershop etc.
Would definitely stay again. But would request top floor next time.

They were so accommodating and definitely made my stay much easier and very comfortable. Contact to the office was easy and she was very very clear.
