This is a unique hotel. The pros are the daytime staff, Rolando, and Oscar. It is clean and offers a spacious room. This hotel could be so much more if they had a refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. If they had a guard rail coming down the stairs as if you’re on a higher floor, it would be very treacherous, there is a restaurant upstairs in fact above the unit we stayed in, but no one told us that . it would have great views the bed was very comfortable. It is not far from the walking streets of the town, but it is up here so coming back you do have to walk up here and know where you are walking to.

Great location and service. Friendly staff. Can be a bit damp in the month of July. Otherwise, the rooms have plenty of blankets for warmth.

Great place
Posted 21 Jan 2022 on HotelsWe sure enjoyed our stay. It was a friendly welcome and they assisted us with our bags to our room. Real attention to detail is a highlight at this hotel. Flowers in the room, a nice greeting on the TV screen, a warm welcoming letter. The restaurant had good food, service and the staff was always helpful. We slept in a big comfortable bed in a nice peaceful environment. It was all good. We wouldn't hesitate for one minute to return there.

Iris and the staff is really nice and make you feel welcome and at home! I really enjoyed the upgrade, the amenities, but specially their warm and kind service!

All the specifications and information of the hotel are found on all platforms and also in which where you made your reservation. Our Hotel is named Las Escaleras we have one of the best views in San Cristobal and yes we have lots of stairs, if you need extra blankets they are available to be requested in the reception.
We would have liked to know more about his experience during your stay and thus have helped him correct the aforementioned situations.
