The staff is always helpful here. This is an older hotel in small town Mexico, so that should temper expectations of guests. Some parts could use an update, especially adding air conditioning to the rooms.

We are experiencing the effect of climate change very strongly this spring. Some years ago San Cristóbal de las Casas maintained an average temperature of 77 degrees farenheit maximum, which allowed the hotels and houses inthe city, not to have air conditioning. At the property, we needed tours, Cesar was pleased to help us out. We needed a Dr. because my wife got sick and Cesar, Jaraby, Yasca, Araceli and Victor were actually eager to help. They hustled to get a Dr to the hotel after hours . Within an hour, a Dr had seen my wife. We are so impressed and moved by the actions by these folks. We are extremely happy to of met them all. Each one of these people played a role in helping us get through any and all issues. Thank you, thank you, thank you all for all your help and support. These guys are awesome!
