Lack of hospitality
Posted 3 Feb 2016Our experience was an interesting one. The room had been cleaned, but not recently. There was dust all over the bed. The first room we were put in wasn't prepared. No toilet paper, no towels, cable that didn't work. The hot water would work for maximum 5 minutes. The hotel staff walked into the room without knocking while we were there. It was interestingly decorated with shrines and dolls.

Location: Bonne situation à proximité du centre.
Très joli hôtel confortable avec chambres spacieuses. Très propre. Vue sur petits jardins agréable.

Location: San Cristóbal es un centro turístico muy tranquilo, el hotel se encuentra a dos cuadras de uno de los andadores más concurridos, con bares y restauran
El hotel está siempre limpio y muy cómodo, el personal siempre está atento a las necesidades que tienes y buscan la manera de resolverlo.
