Very Very loud location
Posted 17 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel itself was not too bad but be aware there is a small bar and a nightclub directly across the small street that are both VERY, VERY loud until about 2am every night! We could feel the vibration of the music not to mention the sound of music and people all night long.

I did not stay there. When I initially booked, Expedia stated it was pet friendly. When I arrived, they said no pets allowed. I checked the site again and the information had changed. I would not have booked had it said no pets. I am very disappointed with the whole experience.

Posted 3 May 2016 on HotelsI had a comfortable stay at Casa Madero. My room was by the street, which can be a bit noisy at night. Prior to check in the staff were nice enough to show me two rooms to choose from--one a two twin quiet room and the other one is the one bed street room. I chose the latter since I have no sleeping issues even with the noise. The only thing I would recommend is to add curtains, which will provide a bit of privacy especially for those staying in rooms close to the street. Overall I was satisfied with this hotel. It's reasonable and comfortable.

Great value hotel
Posted 21 Apr 2016 on HotelsGreat value hotel, if you get a street facing room it can get a little noisy as the bars play music until after 3am. Just around the corner from the main square, would highly recommend.
