Zeer vriendelijke mensen hebben een paar dagen door gebracht aan het zwembad en daar waren we helemaal alleen heel rustig en genieten van de rust en S avonds in het restaurant goede bediening en lekker eten voor wijzig geld we hebben er van genoten alleen het ontbijt is sober ala Italië maar het was goed verzorgd en de kamers weden elke dag gepoetst we hebben er van genoten en zeker voor de prijs is het voldoende wat we gekregen hebben meer moest dat voor ons niet zijn

B & B de qualité
Très beau cadre dans une grande propriété. La piscine est sympa, le restaurant est plus que correct (très bonnes pizzas) et pas cher, le vin de la maison est bon. Les propriétaires ainsi que leurs employés sont serviables et professionnels. Le seul problème est la barrière de la langue.

Heerlijk ontspannen bij Lu Casale
We hebben twee fijne weken vakantie doorgebracht bij B&B Lu Casale in het kleine plaatsje San Cesareo di Lecce in Puglia. Gastheer Massimo en zijn vrouw Marinella zijn fantastische mensen: vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ze spreken bijna geen Engels, maar we hebben gaandeweg wat Italiaans van ze geleerd en ons goed kunnen redden. De kamer was prima, schoon en met een ruime badkamer. De airco was stil en er was een klein koelkastje op de kamer (lekker om drank koud in te bewaren, of een watermeloen om de volgende dag op te smikkelen). Onze tv deed het niet, maar die hebben we niet gemist (ik weet zeker dat Massimo het meteen voor ons gefikst had als we dat hadden gevraagd). Het restaurant (in juni 2012 geopend) in de buitenlucht serveert prima pizza's en een enorm uitgebreide antipasto della casa, alles is ontzettend betaalbaar. Het zwembad mag vrij gebruikt worden, alle uren van de dag. Eromheen is een prachtige, goed aangelegde tuin met enorme palmen en struiken met bloemen. Als je je afvraagt of Lu Casale in het echt net zo mooi is als op de foto's: ja. En wij kunnen Lu Casale 100% aanraden. Wel goed om te weten: er zijn 1 grote stad (Lecce) en veel kleine leuke stadjes in de buurt, zoals Alberobello, Locorotondo, Otranto en Gallipoli, en veel mooie stranden met prachtige zee! Maar dan moet je wel over een auto beschikken.
