They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "

"I was very surprised of how great the place was for a hostel. They had the biggest and nicest shower of all the 13 places I stayed in during my 3 week vacation. The room had a complete private bathroom, a roof where you could walk around and even stretch out on chairs. There was a kitchen, gym, etc... Great place."

"Great hotel, comfortable beds and terrific staff"

"We arrived before normal check-in time with the intent of asking to just drop our backpacks until later in the day. However, the front desk staff, without prompting found an available room and checked us in early. This allowed us to securely stow our bags, freshen up, and head out to explore for the rest of the day."
