Barbara was so very helpful to us. We had a really long flight and she was able to calm my daughter who was very upset. Then she helped tremendously to find the best rates for cabs and for skiing.

Fantastic hosts, super location

Pros: Super hosts, location, views. Eggs and home made cake for breakfast.
Cons: For the price, everything was superb. Perhaps bathrooms could be a little more modern, but they were good for our needs. Breakfast a little basic.
Location: Many activities - chairlift to mountain, local tours around peninsula, on lake. Shops in nearby Bariloche.
Perfect hosts and excellent experience! Paula and Luis were very helpful throughout our 2 day stay. They went out of their way to explain the area, recommend and arrange a short tour to pick up from the hotel; also arranging car hire for us. Also airport transfer. Room had fabulous views.
