The attention was above par. The front desk very knowledgeable and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for more!!! The staff even knew our room number! Wow! Beautiful place!

Staff very helpful, restaurant good, breakfast ok. Room poky, ancient dubious-looking carpet, desk/table falling apart, only one bedside table. Location about 30 km from Bariloche along busy road, and on wrong side for airport and Camino des Siete Lagos.

Posted 19 Jan 2019 on HotelsA perfectly good, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The room on the upper floor was a dormer type room—perfectly clean and comfortable but with two single beds and not the double I thought I had booked.
A perfectly good and clean hotel, a mile from the ferry to Isla Victoria, with an attractive and quiet bar in the basement. Breakfast was basic but well presented and an attractive breakfast room. I would stay again.
