Short walk to restaurants and harbor. Parking may be challenging. It's on a busy street, so it can get a bit loud at times.

I had an issue with the toilet in the room. I reported the issue to management and he was very kind and gave me a new room without hesitation. Great office staff very kind and always make me feel welcome.

Nice property with a convenient location. However, the main lobby is difficult to find for first time check in. There are no clear signs for the entrance. All doors look the same when you drive around the property with the check in lobby located in the back of the building. Called the front desk, no one answered.

The room was newly remolded and clean except for one wash cloth was dirty. The lights were on motion sensors, so will leave you in the dark when you haven't moved for a while. There was no breakfast which the clerk let us know at check-in. Very quiet neighborhood and no problems with parking.

Derelict...trip hazard...false advertising

The place looks derelict. When i checked in I was told immediately that the they were doing some renovations. I was also informed that no breakfast was being served. This is an amenity I look for when choosing a hotel. There were pipes across walkways that were trip hazards. As someone with walking issues it forced me to walk off the path to avoid the pipes. The room door handle was loose. The kingsize bed had a hollow divot on one side so the only comfort was to sleep sideways. The office chair was torn up. I am reaching out to Comfort Suites group as the advertising on the website did not specify lay out the renovation issues or the change in amenities as noted when registering. This is false advertising. The price should have reflected this. (Photos wont upload)

The room had a dirty towel on the counter when we walked in- a broken microwave and though it said free full breakfast- they didn’t tell me until I checked in that breakfast was closed for renovations, the lady didn’t seem to care honestly and I never got my money back for that. There was a man that worked there that actually put in an order for a new microwave and came through I was very thankful for that, one of the cleaning ladies was very rude to me and told me to bring her my dirty towels if I wanted clean ones- but another one cleaned my room and brought extra towels and toilet paper. Jacuzzi didn’t work. Overall I rate this stay as a 6 out of 10. The two staff members who were nice and the comfy beds made up for it,

The.shower had almost no pressure snd the hotel in general was dirty, such as the walls, doors and floors. Also, there is usually a buffet-style breakfast, but that area is being renovated. They could have at least laid out some grab and go items on a counter, but no. They said they will mot have breakfast at all until it was finished being renovated.
Shower rod is not hanging correctly, so curtain falls to the middle.

Here is the list: 1) Bathtub was clogged, 2) shower stall leaked into the bedroom through the wall on to the carpet, shower curtain rod sagged so curtain just stayed in the center getting the floor all wet, 3) called ahead to check but no microwave in the room, 4) no coffee, 5) no hot breakfast. When we complained at the office, we were told that we should have called ahead to find out about hot breakfast not being served. The assistant manager, Ally, said that those working the front desk should have informed us at check in and would have suggested other nearby hotels that served breakfast. This is an idiotic idea. Can you imagine checking in at 10 pm after being on the road just to find out that our hotel of choice (no pun) would suggest we find a different hotel? A simple "Hot breakfast is not available at this time" should be stated on your website. Since there were three of us (my wife and I, and our 91 year old mother) staying for two nights, that makes a total of 6 breakfasts that we did not get during our stay.

The room was recently renovated so that was very nice. The next morning we woke up early to go eat breakfast because it said it was included with our stay but there was a sign on the door that said it was not available. Also, I found a pair of scissors when we went up the stairs to our room. Good thing I saw them before my toddler grabbed them. Lastly, there was a pair of boxers right outside the elevator

Looks nothing like the pictures, the blinds were broken. The ac vent panel kept falling off, towels stunk. The only reason why I did t give 1 star is because the bed was at least comfy. I stayed for 2 nights and everything else around me was booked. So I made the most out of it.

Amenities...Asked for towels, blankets, Never received them..I went out to Ross to buy blankets... The elevator didn't work when i needed it... zit was disgusting and dirty...I almost fell walking out to my car.. The cement on the walkway aren't safe their cracked and lifted in so many places along all the walk ways... I was charged over 700.00 a night for that dump... Don't get me started on the homeless hanging in the parking lot...Horrifying!!!

After checking in I inspected the room and found a trail of ants throughout the room and a smell of cigarette in a nonsmoking room. I went to request a different room and front desk and housekeeping insisted that the ants in the room are normal, that they are in every room and that there’s nothing they can do about it them. They ended up switching me rooms and that room had a dirty fridge and toilet paper in the drawer in the room.
