When I walked into the Redlands-Loma Linda property close to 10:30 pm, I was greeted by a peculiar odor that I soon figured out to be marijuana. After checking in and walking down the hall to the elevator, the smell got really strong as I passed the first couple of doors, then followed me up the elevator. I noticed later that it was also a no smoking floor. I didn’t not encounter this again during my five day stay. Despite that, I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you!

Great staff and breakfast. Room was excellent except super noisy as the room was next to a major freeway.

Great stay. Wish I would have stayed here instead of other hotels I stayed at in my time while in the I.E.

I left the first hotel and had paid for 2 nights.
I just left to get out.
Had to reserve another hotel, which was much better.
I lost money because I reserved 4 rooms the first night. The second night was for 3?rooms paid for… I just left to scout out another hotel.
Next time I have the hotel that I will book directly.
