The service was good. They were polite. Room was nice, furniture was new and the lighting was stylish. I liked it. The only thing I didn't care for was the area. It wasn't the nicest. But I would still go back.
The bed was comfortable and quite nobody disturbed us. But before getting settled the floor and bathroom was dirty. Had to ask maid to clean the toilet. Hair and piss all over the seat.
The room had a cigarette smell, even though I booked non-smoking, the bathroom floor was wet, the bathroom curtain was super dirty, the ceiling has several leaks in the sink area and the floor remained wet the entire time it was raining
The room was disgusting and run down. We asked for a non smoking room, and it was definitely smoked in often. The AC did not work, and the buttons were not present. There was no screen on the window, so we couldn’t even open the window for the nice breeze.
The hotel rooms were decrepit. Our first room did not have a working refrigerator or heater/AC. We were able to switch rooms but the second room wasn’t much better. The toilet seat was cracked, there wasn’t a towel holder in the bathroom, only two poor quality bath towels were provided, and the drawers on the night stands wouldn’t stay closed. A dog was left alone in the room beside us and it cried for over an hour. This was one of the most desirable hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Disliked: Staff & service
Just before I had to leave (on the 17th about 8:30am), while sitting in my car, I witnessed the motel clerk attack use a hammer to attack a smaller unarmed woman. At first I thought he was only trying to scare her away, but he struck her with the hammer at least twice and kicked her while she was on the ground. We shouldn't have to fear for our safety from your own employees. I will no longer stay at Econolodge while that man is working there.
No remote; then a remote that didn't work. Finally one that did. Tiny television. Lobby locked all the time. Folks that worked there were nice and accommodating, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. Bathroom was clean; shower okay but water didn't get very hot. I was surprised when I walked into the room and saw sheets, a blanket, but no bedspread. No coffee maker, but there was a refrigerator, which leaked water on the floor.
My room was not clean and had no towels in my room the the sink leaking all over the floor and my husband fell do of the tub because it was very slick. Management didn’t want to do anything about it. Had a pim in the room next to mine didn’t get much sleep. We check out early
