Highly recommended

Recently we had delightful experience at this property CasaMia B&B. The service and the atmosphere here exceeded our expectation . The rustic home is lovely and we enjoyed every morning the breakfast served by a wonderful hostess seniora Francesca and her helper. The diversity of breakfast was mind blowing ,toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, eggs, cereals, the diversity of cookies and the nice Italian coffee served on the garden, we really enjoyed .Looking forward for our next visit . Thanks everyone, also mille grazie to gracious hostess Patrizia !

Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs.

Gentile la proprietaria e colazione dolce buona. Purtroppo devo segnalare quanto segue: -lenzuola lise e lacerate, in alcuni punti macchiate - rubinetteria rotta e arrugginita ( lavandino senza leva del comando, bidet arrugginito e senza saltarello, doccia con saliscendi rotto) - infissi con maniglia rotta e gelosie ultradatate - TV non funzionante, già segnalato da altri utenti il 2/9 c. m. - condizionatore rumoroso con odore di umidità; non era possibile tenere le finestre aperte in quanto il traffico in strada era rumoroso (tutta la notte)! La struttura necessita di interventi manutentivi. Non ci torneremo!

Semplicemente prenotato per una struttura e ......alloggiato in altra ! Le foto, l'indirizzo, i servizi, non corrisponde nulla! Il parcheggio doveva essere interno alla struttura, ho dovuto girara un'ora per cercarne uno in strada, a circa 1 km dalla casa perché ovviamente non c'era! Colazione inclusa? Certo, un buono per un bar a 300 mt! L'italiano è una lingua precisa, ma ahimè da alcuni "interpretata volutamente" ai limiti della truffa. Manco le pile al telecomando per uno straccio di tv! Pessimo pessimo pessimo

Decepcionante. Pertences somem.

O local não era nada do que dizia na propaganda. A começar pela recepção: um local que nem nome tem na fachada. Havia 3 senhoras, uma delas sentada encima de uma mesa, onde permaneceu. Então fomos informados que naquele endereço seria apenas o café da manhã, devíamos ir a um outro endereço onde seríamos acomodados. Uma casa boa e lindamente decorada, umas 3 quadras distante. Bom conforto no quarto e banheiro, mas para ter Wifi tínhamos de ir até uma sala próxima, dentro do quarto não se consegue. Neste local sumiu de minhas coisas um vidro cheio de um óleo para cabelos bem caro que coloquei encima do balcão no banheiro, mas não consegui acesso à senhora dona da casa na saída para tentar saber disto. Estacionamento, que diziam ter, não tem: se deve deixar o carro na rua defronte à casa, caso tenha lugar ali, algumas vezes nosso carro ficou na quadra seguinte. A limpeza no segundo dia constou de arrumar a cana: sequer o lixo foi tirado. Em resumo, trata-se de uma improvisação, este local. E uma improvisação que tem algo de má fé, pois dizem ter o que de fato não tem, além de ter sido a primeira vez que sumiu um pertence meu . No endereço dado no site, onde apenas se tomava o café da manhã, não havia sequer banheiro que se pudesse usar , nem que fosse para lavar as mãos. Este foi o segundo pior lugar onde já fiquei pelo Hotels. com. Devem ter em mente que conversar com os hóspedes não substitui o que dizem ter e não tem. Se tiver outra experiência como esta, apago o app.

Un B&B che fa la differenza... La gentilezza della signora Francesca è davvero unica... Ci ha fatto sentire a casa.. molto disponibile ... Persone così non se ne trovano più... Struttura "calda" E "accogliente",l' esterno non rende quanto invece trasmette il suo INTERNO... Colazione ottima e vasta scelta... Bagno privato pulitissimo e camera molto confortevole. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, un po' fuorimano ma la proprietaria ci ha dato la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette. Molto cordiale e disponibile la signora Francesca ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottima la sua colazione con un'ampia gamma di dolci fatti in casa e cornetti di vera pasticceria.
