"Sarnai is a gem. Located 2-3 min walking distance from everything. Location is prime. Harsimar is fantastic host, he was fast on replying and offering solutions to my questions. Room was clean and big. There's a rooftop that you can chill, do yoga, have your coffee or drink with lake and volcano view. Highly recommended."

"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. "Amazingly beautiful view! Great amenities, and well-located. What to do with garbage was confusing though (throw organics off balcony and leave the rest is what we did). Asked the caretaker for a broom when it became clear that no one was cleaning during our stay, but never received one."

Beautiful, convenient place but not very bright.

"I love the location, convenience and atmosphere - quiet, beautiful garden setting with spa setting in back. Only draw back is the room was not well-lit. Overhead lights, designed for two bulbs, only had one. We asked for another bulb, maintenance was sent. At first he said he did not have the "tools" to replace bulb. DUH. We showed him they covers come off by hand turning a small know. He then said he did not have authorization to add a second bulb. Seemed a little petty to scrimp on the bulb and electricity. Charge me an extra dollar a night so I can see in the dark corners of the room."

"Great vibe in this hostel but had a private room that was awesome….large, king size bed, overlooking the lake, private patio with hammock, private bathroom. Quiz night was fun - we won - shot of tequila! Family style dinner was good, As were the a la carte breakfasts. Directly across from the lancha pier."

"I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the amazing room! It was incredibly spacious and had everything I could possibly need. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally polite, reliable, and professional. I’m really glad I chose to stay at Jenny’s Paradise! Yvan was also a huge help in arranging tours and sharing invaluable local insights."
