This hotel is under Reno till Dec 2024 . Not mentioned when I booked on hotel.com
Noisy they turn the water off even flush water during the day no one told us at check in .. we had extended our stay but left early . We complained and we got a better room .. however there was a leak in the new room so they asked us to move again .. we left . The staff was kind and helpful especially Sara but hotels.com
Should do a better job to inform the customer . It’s a beautiful property ina lovely location.. such a shame
