My biggest complaint would be the keeper. She didn’t seem interested in anyone being there and the swimming pool being stagnant water and dirty filled with bugs. I asked to get the pools jets moving and offered to clean it out but was told we’re not allowed to do that. The owner was very nice and negotiated on the terms of our stay. Very appreciative of her.

You booked ONE ROOM
and your wife expect the TWO ROOM,
she's not very happy her complaint, Why there's only one room booked for the two couple. the room is too big, the room has too many beds.
In this matter I truly believed Mr. Steven's HAS ERROR ? or problem on he's wife DEMAND and apparently NOT understand? he's reservation confirmation details? that he only booked for 1 room for two couple.
But it's ok owner FIXED THE PROBLEM
Owner GIVE the deluxe room for FREE the worth 12,999.00 per night , for the 2nd couple.
NO EXTRA CHARGE, I thought the owner fixed the problem, I guests not!
I see on video
food wrapper , TRASH on the kitchen floor
Sand on the glass table
bathroom 2 inch water on the floor the whole bathroom FLOODED, is this accident ?

Worst Hotel at Pundaquit Area.

Service - Desk officer was rude…TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT.
Rooms- very very TERRIBLE and the fauset is not working.Toilet bowl flush not working, no water!
Socket plug need to fix because is not working properly.
There is no bath towel or toilet tray..and the room smell awful.
WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE NEVER EVER!!!!
You’ve been warned.
I hope the management of this austere pundaquit resort will do something about this.

Luxury definitely NO.
Posted 26 Dec 2021 on HotelsLuxury Hotel? Definitely NO, not in my slightest imagination. They should change the name. There’s nothing that would define luxury at all. It’s not worth the payment. Room is too small, 1 step to the bathroom???? Bed is 3 inches thick??? Not recommendable. Very disappointed.

I believed this is what you pay the cost of your stay Daily RateDiscount PHP -190.42
PHP 1713.80 SALES from EXPEDIA For that amount you get the Beach front property, you got the swimming pool.
Some of my competition luck if you get this amenities for the amount of PHP 1713.80. You're right bathroom is too tiny that's why on sale, How I wished you contact us or let us know that you're not happy in that room I can probably upgrade you for a better room and comfortable room for additional of charge. NO FOOD because during pandemic we're not able to open or operate our restaurant due to all RESTRICTION, We''re not even able to received cash due to COVID contamination. COVID put every body in hell, i hope this explain and help you understand our life in business. No hot water Why? we turn off the water heater, Our electric bill 15,000 plus with or without guests. The sales during this time not enough to cover our utility bills. if you decided to come back, i guaranty that your room have hot and cold shower, we just purchased last sept 2021, The restaurant are now open, All employees are vaccinated, All guests are fully vaccinated, You can enjoy your future stay. If you don't wanna come back that's ok too.

Pros: the staff is very accommodating and kind. The location is excellent. The room we got has two bathrooms. The food is satisfying. Free breakfast. Accessible parking area. Has free wifi.
Cons: the beddings are itchy. The room and the pillows are smelly. The bathroom door is hard to slide open. There are ants and insects in the crevices. The room is very very small. No table or cabinets. No hooks to hang your stuff in the bathroom. Not worth the price.

Hospital guests and good food
Posted 24 Dec 2019 on HotelsWe originally booked for a 2-bedroom room but it was too small so we decided to get the suite room instead. The suite room is located at 2nd floor with a nice view of the beach and mountains. The hosts were very hospitable and they served good food at a fair price. Overall, our stay was great. If I can recommend something for improvement, it would be more on the cleanliness. There were dogs and we could see poops on the beach.

Dog issue and poop I hate it and yes is not healthy and safe for people.
My husband and I been trying to fix this problem for yearssss but without community's help there would be no action unfortunately.
I wish someone can help me one of this days.
