My check in was at 2pm didn't get into my room till 330 pm because the room was not clean other than that everything was fine

The staff was great, check in was easy and smooth, and it was a quiet area even though it was right up against a major highway. When I walked in to my room there were several dead crickets along the beds and in the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. They both felt like a bunch of springs on a metal frame. No cushion to speak of.

Didn’t even stay basically just paid to shower property manager said I was fixing my vehicle and she was gonna call a tow truck my keys where locked in vehicle and I asked for a refund and she refused so I packed my things and left once I got my keys out vehicle she then fired a employee for attempting to help us very unprofessional manager
