Terrible in my room no water to shower

Dear Ms Mendoza. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Unfortunately your stay did not live up to our and your expectations. The shower mixer valve malfunctioned during your stay and as a result there was no water in your shower as you described. However, we did our best to provide you with another room for you and your guests to take a shower prior to check out, an offer you took up. Sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately these things can happen, equipment breakdowns, and we did our best to appease the situation.

Nice, clean room. Night mgr called to make sure of our arrival and greeted me by name upon our arrival.
We would like in-room coffee, but we know Motel 6 doesn't do that.

Very friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed. It's off US Route 87/Texas Highway 46, but despite being in a room second closest to the street I barely heard the traffic. Pool looked refreshing with nice seating area next to it.

Clean and in a safe area. Walgreens across the street and a seafood restaurant next door. Also a Wendy’s within walking distance.
