We loved that it was on the RiverWalk and within walking distance of most things we wanted to see. The staff was excellent and there really isn’t anything we could point out that we didn’t like. All in all it was a pleasant experience!

Second time i’ve ever stayed here! The hotel fragrance is was attracted me back and it was for my birthday, Upon checking in we were greeted by everyone and at the desk asked if there was a special reason for our stay. I was sent a slice of birthday cake and it was TO DIE FOR!!!! I enjoyed my stay!!

This property is beautiful! We loved it here and will stay here again! The valet guys were literally amazing!! Super friendly and accommodating! The smell of this place is literally amazing!

I think they can improve on setting expectations and delivering as promised. When an opportunity arises to turn it around, yak advantage.

The property is lovely and the staff was helpful, but the noise level was awful. It felt like the outside was inside in our 10th room floor. The hotel is located with easy access to the Riverwalk and there are other restaurants nearby.
