They seem to have managers and front desk associates that never know what is going on. Horrible service. The security is a joke too. Do not stay here and spare yourself the inconvenience of dealing with incompetent people.

Spacious and clean room. Close to the Rim and La Canyera shopping malls.

The light switches did not work. There were some lights that would not turn on. Not sure if I had to do something prior for them to work.

We love this hotel. The sofa bed was perfect for our college son who stayed with us for the night. Bed was super comfy. I love that room has a mini kitchen. Breakfast options were great. I recommend thid hotel and would go back.
