Staff was super friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were extremely clean, and I loved the balcony attached to the room.

Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the Christmas decor
throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained Ali on reception, and rooms . valet parking were all exceptional hosts and made our stay most memorable. 😍

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed. Construction next door so a little noisy. Traffic was interesting getting in and out because of the construction but the valet guys had intake/exit very well handled.

My favorite hotel to stay at in San Antonio. However, there was lots of construction. Valet was backed up, they did the best job they could. Will always go back to this hotel, but will probably wait until after construction is over.
