I think it’s the “scent” they use in the lobby is off putting smells like body order. Maybe use a different sent. I have stayed there multiple times and I always smell it in the lobby, doesn’t smell great.

The hotel is very nice and very close to the shops at la Cantera. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Our room was very spacious and clean!! And Our bartender (I really wished I remembered her name) she was truly amazing she’s loves her job and it showed!! Front desk was also very nice and helpful. Thank you Doubletree Northwest for making our anniversary night special and one to remember!!❤️
