Staff was exceptional; loved the warmth of the breakfast lady!
Room starting to show its age, but amenities and comfort were great.

Room 105 had an extremely loud AC unit. Only stayed one night so just dealt w it. Otherwise I definitely would of said something.

The breakfast service and hostess was excellent.
The room was clean and mostly quiet.

The staff was great upon check-in and the fantastic lady running the continental breakfast was an absolute delight. Zero complaints about the staff. However, in Room 415 the door not only didn't deadbolt - If I hadn't been there to be able to force the door to latch my wife would've slept with the door unlocked all night. I notified the front desk upon check out - I sincerely hope the issue is addressed because that is not safe whatsoever.
