Place looked clean n staff was helpful. Place has good outside lighting as well. Room was clean n beds were comfy.

property seems family owned, family & employees were very kind. There are some of homeless wandering the property and/close by. Very run down, older, hotel. It wouldn’t have been so bad except the smell in the rooms VERY dingy. Breakfast not so good, coffee wasn’t available day 2, MAJOR bummer. We almost cancelled day 2 but my card was already charged. Pool & hot tub very cloudy water. Something gotta be done about smell in rooms.

We were first assigned a room on the 2md floor. The whole floor smelled musty. Moreover, the pull out couch in the room we were in (#206) had mold in it, and the trim was coming off the baseboards. We asked for a different room and was assigned one on the first floor. This room was fine, other than the fact that we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned everyday. Also, the breakfast was somewhat lacking in variety, the eggs were always cold and one of the waffle makers didn’t work quite right. The ice machine on the second floor was out of order, as well as the bathrooms in the lobby area.

I rather not review than to leave a bad one, but this place was beyond horrible. Just walking in (from a 6 hr drive) i told the front desk guy i have a reservation but could i use the RR quickly, and he said no he needed to find my reservation first. Rooms and hallway stink. Mold at crown moldings. mold in the elevators. Tile missing and broken in my room's bathroom. My toilet clogged after i was gone all day and they told me to go downstairs to get the plunger. Breakfast time...was told to look at the paper on the counter that you can take food up to my room. Lasthousekeeping was dropping towels off but then opened the bathroom door which i had closed while i was straightening my hair. reached Infront of me and took the towel that was Infront of me which i was using. Never been so unpleased at any hotel.
