The entrance of the property was decorated for the holidays inside, it made it feel welcome. Also the breakfast was really good.

The room temperature for the heaters was not working the bed was stained with makeup especially the pillows as well and when you check in you will have to pay a $50 deposit and somehow get it refunded even after you pay for the night

Everything was good but they refused to give me another room due to the fact that there was no hot water.

I was in town for a concert, and it was my first time visiting. The location was convenient and the hotel was nice on the outside, it was also rated 8.7. It was not the cleanest hotel, the carpets were pretty shabby and the price was $140/night, so I wouldn’t say it was cheap hotel. The remote didn’t work, because of the batteries, the linens were worn, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. But I’ve always said I could stay just about anywhere if the bed was comfortable…and it was. If a comfortable bed will do, and not much else, then I would recommend it.

We were lost. Called the property for directions and were told to “google it”. After another hour of looking for it, we found it. The young lady at the front desk was more interested in her phone than waiting on us. After we got checked in and into the room, we found hair on the sheets and towels. The toilet was dirty on the seat and the floors were very sticky. We will not be back should we travel that way again
