The food was the best part really, but the staff were also extremely helpful and above and beyond friendly. Close enough to the beach, the water taxi, restaurants, shops and on the quiet side of the bay.

You get what you pay for

Hotel is tired and in need of modernisation. Staff are friendly and the hotel is kept clean. Lots of noise through the bathroom wall from the adjacent bathroom and the balcony door was difficult to close. No fridge in the room. Had to have tokens (2€ deposit) to get drinks from the bar which shut at 11pm sharp, not good for an all inclusive hotel They only served the drinks in pint glasses even if you’re drinking wine. No rush for sunbeds in the morning as the pool area is closed until 8:30am. 20€ deposit for pool towels Food in the restaurant was cold and not very tasty. We used the microwave in the middle of the buffet to heat most of our food Very limited choice from the snack bar during the day

On the one hand, with the token system we try to avoid glasses being thrown or flying all over the pool, this is an environmental issue. On the other hand, the pool opening hours are set so that our employees have enough time to clean all those areas before the pool opens.Finally, we are already working on improving the buffet service.Despite the inconveniences you encountered during your stay, we would be delighted to welcome you back to see these improvements.Best regards.
