Excellent service, the staff is very friendly, only issues was at the property due to offers on services that are not available yet like the restaurants because they only have the buffet and the Italian, spa is not available yet

The hotel is wonderful and the service was outstanding from beginning to the end. Live music every night in the lobby
with bar opened late. Beautiful infinity pool and lovely Italian restaurant. I had an issue with the firm mattress the first night and guest services was able to switch out our mattress for a softer one! Our only issue was the the drinks at the bars were very light. I understand an all inclusive hotel wants to keep cost down. We went across the street to the liquor store to buy drinks. That was our preference and liking. And the buffet lunch and dinner foods we luke warm to cold. The breakfast was hot and delicious everyday. That was the only hiccups but the service and friendly staff outdid themselves. Super super nice time and on to remember.

Everything was great, love how it was all inclusive , but the check in was a little bit unorganized.
