The staff, expecially the restaurant staff, were so good to us. The buffet meals were abundant and excellent. My wife and I were there for New Year 2025 celebration and were blown away by the dinner that was presented. The wait staff and cooks worked until 3am and were back in the restaurant to present breakfast at 6:30am.

Good ocean view, nice pool, not too bad gym, nice staff with nice attitude.
Property owners need to invest in the property structure if planned to withstand for coming years.
As an all inclusive resort drinks are served cheap buffet offers variety but not best quality.The view from the waterfront of the hotel compensates for whatever not so good staff.
We have to consider the resort is not located in Ibiza, is located in a kind of rural island in the Colombian Caribbean do not to be do picky.

This hotel is in the coast, I know is hard to kept clean and dry. In the restroom the water pressure in shower was very low. The AC was making loud noises.

I had no problem due to this facility or staff at Decameron Maryland my problem is with Expedia.com that changed my reservation that I had made for Decameron Mar Azul from April 16-2019 and it was no possible to resolve this situation upon my arrival in San Andrés because de poor internet service at hotel and a poor customer service at Expedia.com
I feel scammed!

Location: Very bad
Hotel does not have direct beach, near close to the airport. Air conditioner was broke. They had to move us to another hotel.
