The property was closed, adding to my expense for transport, and they accepted my payment, and have not yet refunded.

The property was beautiful, the building was older but remodeled with new features like toilets, sinks, showers, etc but it kept the feel of an beautiful older building. It was decorated in wonderful taste and the gardens and area around it are outstanding. They are just beautiful to walk around.

Hotel Rustico Casa de Diaz was an all-around enjoyable experience. From its private, scenic location to its accommodating and personable owner (Juan), pilgrims could not ask for a better locale or host along the Camino de Santiago!

The property has an excellent location, it is quiet, the staff cannot do enough to ensure that your stay is memorable, the meals were great and the room large and very comfortable, thoroughly recommend staying, it is also very close to the Camino trail.

Such a lovely restful place to stay for a 2 night break whilst walking the Camino. Everything was perfect. Was initially a bit disappointed that it was almost 5kms from Samos (not the 1.3kms as on website) because we wanted to go to the monastery services but a great taxi lady brought us and collected us on Sunday - and a positive is that you pick up the Camino at the front door to cont 9kms to Sarria when you leave - fabulous stay

Perfect to rest un quiet ambient during the Camino. Is very pretty and cozy. Is beautiful, clean, quiet and cheap. Perfect. 100% recomended
