"Hotel is a little out of the city (~20 minutes walk) and the hotel is designed to cater for business travellers. However, it still makes a good base for tourists visiting Samarkand. The room was clean and modern, bathroom was really nice but the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was buffet style and was fine. The staff on the front desk were helpful and gave really good recommendations on where to eat nearby. I did have some issues as when I arrived the hotel didn't seem to have a record...

"Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring.
