Posted 29 Apr 2024 on HotelsWe enjoyed our stay at this beautiful facility and we especially want to thank Mr.Akmal at the concierge desk for arranging a last minute transfer to Bhukara as we had an issue with our train tickets. He was very efficient and really helped us when we were in a crunch.

Heavenly luxury in Samarkand

hotel staff kindly communicate with me. my train will leave 2000 so i asked late check out. she accepted it and she proposed late check out 14:00 for free of charge and 2000 for the half of fee to stay. she took care of me greatly.
