Very clean hotel. The staff are extremely helpful. Rooms are slightly on the smaller side and you do need a taxi to get to places. However, no major complaints and met expectations.

This was a nice experience. The hotel has wonderful staff and prime location. We enjoyed stay and looks forward to going back soon

They cannot find the reservation. Not sure if it was Expedia fault or hotel fault. Air Conditioning in the living room was not working. The water from the shower was getting to the bedroom area and carpet was wet in the bedroom. At the checkout again the staff could not find us, then when the staff found us the girl does not know how to print the invoice. So, whole experience was kind of disaster.

Excellent hotel, great location - around 30min walk to the key tourist sites - and helpful staff. The food is also quite good at the restaurant. They even have a laundromat that came in very handy. One slight drawback - no alcohol is served.

We booked a room for 3 people and got one double bed and extra charge required for additional bed. For info, triple rooms like ours are much more expensive than double rooms and charging an extra bed is therefore unacceptable. The staff looked mostly out of their depth when asked anything. The hotel is a long way from the sights. Would not recommend
