The front Desk Staff was not upto the mark, very very slow, incommunicable. Rooms have small issue of curtains not closing completely on the sides due to structural defect. The breakfast lay was not to the standards of other Swiss Bel Hotels where I have stayed. The staff in the Swiss Cafe was more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of looking after the guests.

Hotel wifi was very poor. The price also quite expensive, but i have to admit they have very good facilities.

Short walk to connecting mall

Typical 3* hotel in Samarinda. Nothing to faze about. Decent breakfast & fitness centre.

Comfortable stay but bathroom not clean

We enjoyed our 1 Night stay at Swiss-bel. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was just not clean enough, lots of mould that looks like it has never been scrubbed. Breakfast was good also.

Not a bad hotel to stay in for business trip.

The hotel is getting old need major improvement for its rooms. However, location is close to an old shopping center too, SCP (Samarinda Central Plaza).
