"Let me start by saying that the gentlemen that were there for reception and maintenance were outstanding, professional, helpful and expedient in fixing things that are wrong. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean and in an excellent location. We had some trouble with our first room because the ceiling had leaks. "I would highly recommend, the receptionist was wonderful and very communicative. I made a mistake during the booking online on expedia 2 people instead of 3 and he resolved the issue quickly and hustle free. The room was clean and secure. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean and welcoming. The hotel was exactly like the photos, the breakfast was a plus and definitely wished we stayed longer! "
