The staff and service were excellent. We came at the beginning of the tourist season so we almost had the resort to ourselves. Staff made sure we always were well fed and drink in hand. Truly a gem. Also, fast WiFi was great for the rainy days where we lounged on the deck watching movies.

Resort has limited choices for food.
Dinner was usually good because you have 2 restaurant options.
In their website they advertised lunch and dinner buffet which is not true. Only breakfast buffet, which wasn’t every day either.
Lunch is very limited, it is a la carte and on the same restaurant Chill and grill.
Bad management trying to save money on food.
Rooms is very musty and smell mold.
My bathroom sink had mold in the corners and in the drain.
A/C leaked all over my room on the first day.
I wouldn’t go back.
Staff is the best part of this resort. They are all amazing and work very hard.

We like the pool guys Alejandro and Luis they are very friendly. The restaurant for lunch very limited just one restaurant open. I really waited more the hotel.

The most incredible staff. The food is amazing. Alejandro and Luis in the pool bar are best bartenders at any all inclusive. Danny was an amazing waiter

We enjoy the staff, the location, and the rooms.
What was disappointing is the food, more choices would be nice. Breakfast was the worst meal. Eggs were not cooked correctly. Some of the other choices were not cooked well. And served lukewarm or cold.
We opted to leave the hotel for better food, which stinks because this is an all inclusive.
We saw a lot of deterioration on the property, and areas we were not allowed to use.
The best part of the resort is the staff, room, and easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. And of course love the Britta Coffee machines.

This was our second trip to Azure, there is so much local flavor here if you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway? This is the place! The staff is so friendly and kind. Waking up with a quick swim in the wonderful pool or the ocean followed by an amazing breakfast. And if you want adventure Azure is ready to provide. Rain Forrest,zip lining, razor Atv's, horseback riding, fishing it's all here!
