Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. "Pros: Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in over the phone was fast and efficient (be aware that you need to be able to make phone calls to check in!). Cons: Pretty pricey but it is what it is for a place within waking distance of Hallstatt village center. Internet was quite slow. If you are planning to cook, be aware that kitchen utensils are somewhat lacking compared to most apartments of this type, and there are no condiments (oil, salt etc) provided."
