"We have stayed at nice hotels all over the world and this was our favorite. You feel like you are staying in a castle, everything is top notch, the service, the breakfast and the room. Would jump at the chance to stay here again."

"First of all - full real air conditioning. Too often in Europe there is either no AC or there is some sort of “economical” one. With 32C/close to 100F outside you really need one.
Great breakfast with gluten free options. If you refuse room cleaning you get drink coupons for the bar. The hotel is 100 feet from pedestrian street with tons of shopping and dining options."
