Property was well located, walkable to all major attractions and restaurants. Quiet area. We had a Sound Music tour and asked for a late check out (by1P) and the front desk lady was not very kind saying a strictly no. Other than that the hotel stay was good.

The Hotel was in a great position both close to the city and train station, rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

Average is being generous. The WiFi didn’t work our entire trip. One of the elevators was down the whole time, as well, leaving the entire building with one working lift. The lights beside the bed did not work and the A/C kept turning itself off and resetting. The best part of the stay was the expensive breakfast. The cleaning crew smelled of so much body spray and perfume that it was nauseating. I would not choose this property again. It appears to need multiple upgrades.

This hotel is one of the more affordable options in Salzburg for a reason. While the listing photos showcase a modern and fashionable facility, it does not meet the same standard for other hotels in its class or price category.
This aside, the hotel is located in an area that is within easy walking distance to Salzburg's major attractions and the company has worked out a preferred rate for the nearby (offisite) parking garage which makes sightseeing fairly effortless.
However, time spent at the hotel was not ideal. To begin, the check-in counter is located directly across from the bar which meant I had to endure drunks singing loudly as I tried to process my arrival. Next, the property is in very obvious disrepair. Dirty carpets, poorly installed furnishings, and flickering lights were noted throughout. The lack of care and attention towards these things had be worried about how often the rooms receive comprehensive cleaning.
However, the bedding appeared to be fresh and clean (despite it being of low quality) and the I was able to forget these eyesores after a good sleep.
The room featured a "mini-bar" which completely occupied the fridge leaving no room for my own food and beverages. While I realize the solution is to simply remove the mini-bar items and replace them with my own, it is an inconvenience that clearly hasn't been well thought out.
If travelling to Salzburg again, I may consider other options for my hotel stay.

The property is OK, easy parking garage. Very safe around the property and walkable to center of town. The room was smaller than expected but it was comfortable.

Nice hotel, breakfast buffet was tasty and had nice options. Staff was variable in friendliness. Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Parking garage below for extra cost. Convenient location.

Nice hotel. Easy access to public transport. Bus no 2 from airport and just a few minutes walk. Very near major tourist attractions. Good breakfast selection with excellent choice of tea.
