Checking in process was stressful. We were lucky that Carla was there to let us in and help us get the access code.

Excellent property with quality fixtures and furnishings. Easy walk to main tourist sites

I loved this property - it was modern, clean and tidy. The location was amazing, all of the sights were very walkable. Would definitely stay again.

Location and price was bang on! Salzburg is amazing and the accommodation was a short walk to most attractions. Plus the walk is beautiful.
It was clean, communication was good and having a kitchen was really handy.

Easy walk to the historic part of town. Room itself is newly renovated and great. Check in was frustrating for us because we were traveling without email or phone access during the day and there is not a lobby. They expect you to check in ahead of time online. If I had known that before booking I could have planned for that. It ending up taking us 40 minutes to figure out checking in and which room we had (the first room assigned was already occupied). Parking is in a 24 hour public garage behind the building. I would stay there again, its easy if you know the process.

The flat was very conveniently located, clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the property owner was prompt and easy.

Check-in was a pain - they sent us an email that their automated key dispenser wasn’t working so we had to walk 5 minutes away to get our key. The name of the place they told us to go was a restaurant and not the right place. My husband and kids were back waiting outside the hotel in the rain with all of our luggage (you can’t even get in the first door without a key) while I was searching for where to go. You actually go around the corner to the “Star Inn Hotel.” To get your key, then walk 5 minutes back. We had to walk down to get toilet paper once as well as we were only given 2 half rolls and there was no housekeeping and never anyone we saw working at our actual hotel. The room was very clean and spacious and was in a very very convenient location, so that was absolutely a bonus! Would have given this hotel 5 stars if check in was easier and if we had been able to get basic housekeeping items without a walk.
