This was a wonderful place to stay on our first visit ever to Salzburg. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The little artificial artful stream running down in front of the entrance was fun. It's in a limited traffic area, so the taxi guy had a remote that lowered the barrier so he could drive us right to the door. There are some great restaurants at very reasonable prices in easy walking distance, and shops too, though very touristy shops and expensive, but we didn't come to buy souvenirs. I can highly recommend this place, and look forward to staying there again someday.

We only stayed for a single night, however this facility was incredibly clean and cozy. Room was very cute and bathroom was well stocked and clean. The staff at the front were WONDERFUL speaking both English and German and offered to hold our bags for the day when we arrived much to early for check in. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the staff just knew what we needed and met all of our needs.
The woman at the desk at night was VERY kind and sat and spoke with my boyfriend and I while we had a nightcap and showed us cool places to visit that may not have been as “touristy”

Loved this property and it's location. And the city of Salzburg was the Best, it's one of the cutest towns I've ever visited. Lots of all shops, restaurants, caffes all easy walk.

Loved our stay here. Great location for exploring. Staff were very friendly and good to know front desk is manned 24/7. Room was clean in general but we did spot a couple of small bugs on our last morning. Room got very hot for late October, and air con didn’t seem to make much difference. Good breakfast, had some vegan options but would have loved more.

The Leonardo. Boutique Hotel is in a nice walking mall area. Drop off within a block or two if coming by taxi. Nice newer facilities and elevator.

Great location to the historic area of Salzburg. Very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
