Staff, especially restaurant staff was good, bathroom amenities were not that great. Soap/Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bathtub should have been cleaned better.
They need better mattress and more pillows (not just 1) that are better and not skinny. Overall the stay was good.

Very kind reception and service. Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants, and yet still walkable to the train station. Breakfast was delightful. Enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna after long days of walking. Hotel provided slippers and robes, and it was easy to slip into the elevator and go straight down to the spa area without feeling self conscious.

I would 10/10 recommend this hotel! Its a 10 minute walk to the city (you will pass by so many stores and restaraunts) and staff has amazing service!! They are all very polite and please do the breakfast!!

The place was beautiful and a great location! Breakfast was included and was wonderful. They helped us bring our bags up but we were on the 4th floor which did not have elevator access which was hard with a baby and lots of luggage.
